In 1980, Naim Celik came to this country from Turkey, bringing with him a passion for cooking and a desire to present his recipes in his very own restaurant. He started out by opening a restaurant in Manhatttan and Long Island. After 4 years, Naim moved to Teaneck while raising a family. Then, after 6 years in Teaneck, he found a place in Glen Rock where he has occupied for more than 9 years.
